PūrPower 200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Pūr adjective
ˈpyūr
purer; purest
For someone to be pure in heart, it means their heart is set on one thing and nothing else. For us to truly be concerned about purity, we must be concerned about where our affections and devotions lie, and this begins with self.

testimonials
“This was and will be one of the most transformative and influential moments in my life that this training has provided me with. The studio itself is phenomenal in with its beautifully curated lists of teachers that all have unique approaches to the practice as well as a plethora of information they are willing to share with those who come through the doors. This is only amplified in the teacher training program with Shannon that is so in-depth and detailed that really opens and expands your mind into what the practice is and where you can take it yourself as a practitioner and your journey as a teacher.” ~ Calvin Brown
“The time spent in Shannon’s 200 hour Teacher Training was life changing in such a good way. Shannon is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and compassionate. Our class was led in a way that encouraged authenticity. Sessions fulfilled the Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training requirements while they filled me up spiritually. Special topics were covered by multiple knowledgeable teachers and experts. I rediscovered chanting and brought that back into my meditation practice. Meditation is again part of my daily practice. This training is wonderful for a deep dive into yogic principles and growth.” ~ Kristi Pal
“Attending Pur Yoga’s 200hr teacher training has been nothing short of transformative. I am not from the area but choose to sign up for training at Pur when a friend recommended it. I started so far outside of my comfort zone, but Shannon provided the safe and supportive environment that allowed me the space I needed to grow and flourish in my practice. Her ability to give such a personalized experience in a group setting sets her training apart! Shannon’s immense knowledge of Yoga, along with her teaching style, and love for her community, shines through her training. I did not ever feel like an outsider, and I gained the confidence to be authentic in my teaching. I will forever be grateful for Shannon and PūrYoga for this incredible start to my teaching Journey!” ~Leanne Steinle
